We use cookies for one thing: keeping you signed in. There are three of them, they are listed in full below, and there are no advertising or analytics trackers on the site today.

This policy is a working draft pending Daniel's final review.
All three are strictly necessary. They exist to keep your session alive and nothing else. They are not shared with anyone, they carry no advertising identifier, and they are not used to follow you across other websites.
They are set when you sign in and cleared when you sign out. If you block them, you can still read the public pages but you will not be able to sign in, take a test or see a result.
There are no advertising cookies, no retargeting pixels and no third party analytics on the site as it stands. That is why you do not see a cookie consent banner: there is nothing to consent to beyond the three session cookies above, which the service cannot work without.
If we ever add analytics or any non essential cookie, we will add a consent banner at the same time and update this page before it goes live.
Two parts of the journey hand you to someone else's page or embed, and those set their own cookies under their own policies: Stripe when you pay, and Calendly when you pick a time for a live session. We do not control what they set. Their own cookie notices cover it.
Every browser lets you view and delete cookies for a site, usually under privacy settings. Clearing ours simply signs you out.
Questions about cookies go to support@takeieltstest.com, which is a placeholder address pending confirmation.
