This page says how long each kind of data stays on the service. The honest summary: while your account is open, we keep it, because your own history is part of what you are paying for. When you ask us to delete it, we delete it by hand.

This policy is a working draft pending Daniel's final review.
Kept while your account is open. A recording is the evidence a human evaluation is based on, so it has to survive long enough for Daniel to listen to it, for you to read the result next to it, and for a dispute about that result to be looked at.
There is no automatic expiry running today. If you want a specific recording gone, ask and we will remove it.
Kept alongside the recording they came from, for the same period. The transcript is what the AI evaluation reads, so it is also the record of how a score was produced.
Kept while your account is open, so you can compare attempts over time and see whether your practice is moving the needle. Deleted with your account, or earlier on request.
Your name, email address and password hash are kept while the account is open. When the account is deleted, they go with it.
These outlive the rest. We keep a record of what was bought, when, for how much and against which payment reference, because accounting and tax rules require it. We do not hold your card details at any point: those live with Stripe under Stripe's own retention rules.
[To confirm with Daniel: the statutory retention period for accounting records in the registered jurisdiction, commonly six or seven years].
The time, status and meeting reference of a live session are kept with the payment record for the same accounting reason. Calendly holds its own copy of the scheduled event under its own policy.
Transactional email we send you (verification, receipts, a result being ready) is held in Brevo under Brevo's retention settings. Server logs of requests to the site are short lived and are kept only for debugging and abuse investigation.
There is no self service delete button in the product yet, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Deletion is a request process: you email us, we do it by hand, and we confirm when it is done. The delete my data page explains exactly what to send and what gets removed.
